Ughh.

I'm having this pounding headache because I had a cup of coffee this morning. Why, this has never happened before but because I was super late for an appointment, I arrived in a very disorderly manner, all panting and wild-eyed and when I took my seat, the waiter kept shoving the menu at my nose and insisted me to make my order and I ended up ordering a cup of hot coffee. And when he asked how should he served it, I was beyond annoyed and I almost screamed at him and said, BLACK, I'd like to have my coffee black!

But the other party had arrived and I instantly remember that I HAD NEVER HAD MY COFFEE BLACK, what was I thinking??? The conversation went well, it was raining and I choked up a few times and cursed myself, and I counted it was a blessing a didn't splutter my coffee to his face, my what a day!

Anyhow, he invited me to his house, I didn't want to sound impolite if I refused, after all-- it was just a few days after Chinese New Year, so I thought hey, he is customer, so I didn't see why not?

And so we arrived at his home, his family was there, they welcomed me and all, and he invited me to go upstairs where his officetel is located, and he said make yourself at home, and I saw this huuugggeee coffee maker and another thought of coffee was going to make me throw up and thankfully I didn't and he said he used to work as a coffee barista when he was studying and he asked me if I knew at all how to make my own coffee, and in my state of confusing and pounding headache, I said YESSSSSSSS. Bodoh!

And so, I ground the coffee beans and tried very, very hard to concentrate, and whats with all those whirring sound the coffee maker was making, it was a miracle I didn't collapse and didn't shout to him to stop making small talks. I thought I was having just about enough, when I finished the process and I made the coffee successfully while trying to hold back my tears! I served a cup for him, and I watched him take a sip, and soon... very, very slowly he started to CHEWWWWW on the coffee. Oh TUHANNN! He scrunched up his face and kept on chewing, he could've easily passed as munching on cookies! The remnant of the beans must've left in the pottttttttt! He chewed his cofffeee OMG OMG! Hahahahahahahaahahahahahah.

The room started to spin once I started to chew on the coffee as well, I ended up bowinggg to himmmm and saying how sorry I was for making him ate the cofffeeee haahahahahah. I didn't know that I BOWED to him, but he texted me just a few minutes ago, he said he felt like a Japanese YAKUZA when I bowed to him hahahaahahaha.

Anyways.

That was horrid. My head is still having a team of probably 100 drummers that are having a good time of their life, pounding and drumming and crashing my brain off.

Now I shall take my slumber for two days.

This has never happened to me before.

The acting was good, the plot line suffered tremendously. Evan Rachel Woods’s promiscious character throwing a wench ...excuse me wrench into the plot was so farfetched. I found the forwardness of her character to be quite comical. It lacked pathos for the characters and I found myself not really caring for any of them.

It seemed to me that they wanted the viewer to get emotionally involved with people we hardly knew anything about. Ryan Goslings character is talked up to be this great campaign manager and we don’t see any of that, therefore when he lost his job (only to get it back again thru bribery, as a true politician would) ,I could really have cared less because they never showcased any of his characters talents. Boo-hoo. I know, I know, politics are full of underlying corrupt ordeals and personalized conquests, thanks for once again making that clear.

I hate the idea of me writing about the politics. That is why I have never written anything about it regardless what. I could've been so vocal about this, but I chose not to. This issue is so sensitive it irks me up that however I'm saying it; it never gonna satisfies everybody's stands on this.

So here is my take.

In politics, kindness can get you "killed". Once you are inside it; you get addicted. Either it becomes an enlightenment for you or you end up being so jaded there's nothing you can do to wash away that blackened soul of yours. Unless you repent and quit politics altogether; or you really use it for a good cause. This is Baizura's take on politics. Not to say I dislike it per-se; but I'd rather watch it from afar. Yes, there's nothing wrong in stamping your stand; but somehow most people seem to forget about being neutral in sharing opinions that they end up being so silly, it disgusts me.

My saying is, politics are for the people; by the people. You are preparing yourself to/and ready to "die" for the people rather than trying to keep "alive" for the people. You ged what-im-sayin huh?

As a film it had its failings and limits. The bigger problem is a conformity driven tradition that somebody named Shakspere with no evident ability to even sign his name must be the guy, we are told, who invented the pseudonym Shakespeare/ Shake-speare and the stupendous literature written under it.

It is highly illogical and full of gaps and contradictions. People's emotions get riled, because it was taught like loyalty to country and family. After all, they didn't ask teacher isn't this crazy, but followed along, and now it is all a shuck? As to what the true story is, trust me, it is far more inspiring than a perpetuated lie. An orphaned nobleman-child, who lost his father, poisoned by a rival, his mother married off to the rival's assistant, him taken from his home to live with the official in cahoots with the poisoner--he escaped into literature and eventually got his revenge by telling how the psychopaths who led the country really lived.

This became the Shakespeare canon, and he paid with having his name removed from history and only the pseudonym left on the works. A pseudonym so close to Shakspere of Stratford, that a name switch happened to make it all permanent. In summary, this was the story Anonymous tried to tell and is still too murky to be communicated and believed.

Yes. K-Pop attracts me. Its mainstream is the cream of the crop. Its loveliness, the hype, the exhilaration demands your best attention.

But despite all of that; the Hallyu (K-Pop) movement does have the magnetism of its underground music as well. I have always opted to listen to the Luminosity's allies (the movement of underrated modern K-music). These acts are better defined as musicians. I refuse to label them as the singer. The musicians suit them better, because that's what they do best. Loving music without being pretentious with its sugar-coated popularity. There are hundreds of them. 1. My earliest childhood memory : When I was 3.

2. I love flying the kite. When I was in school, I made my own kite and flew it with my dad. I got scratches and bruises from tending the kite. The bigger, the better.

I was very, very skeptical at first about this drama. I was never an avid fan of Kim Bum. He was in Boys Over Flower before...and I don't really like the drama. I finished watching Tree With Deep Roots and was looking for another one so I decided to give Padam Padam a shot.

“Padam” which means ‘to thump’ in French is a mellow drama about a man who lived life according to its own course but meets a woman he shouldn’t love and about his breathtaking love for her.

Yang Kang Chil just came out from prison after 16 years. He was jailed because of a murder he never did. After released from prison, he goes to Seoul accompanied by his guardian angel, Lee Gook Soo. Meanwhile, Han Ji Min will play Jung Ji Na, a cheerful veterinarian who loves Kang Chil.

First off. The cinematography is really beautiful. Hands down on this. It really reflects the mood, the surrounding and the poignant motion of emotion of the characters of the moment. Second, the characters are all well-defined..thoroughly developed throughout the episodes.

Beware. There are supernatural elements in this drama. HOWEVER, in that lies its charms. It is well-balanced between the reality that is supposedly pans out throughout the storyline. I felt as if I was watching a great Korean movie and not a drama. The acting is spectacular and full of depth.

I’m on Episode 8 already and I have to say that I love this drama. It’s one of the best I’ve seen in years. The acting is great and there are great chemistry between the casts. The mood of this drama kind of remind me of Friends, Our Legend, in which I love a lot. I guess it’s because of the way it was shoot and the tone of the drama.

Kang Chil is a very interesting character and Jung Woo Sung play this character very well. I was very amazed by Jung Woo Sung’s acting as Kang Chil. It is simply amazing.

I can’t wait to find out what happens next. Episode 6 and 7 were really good. I was blown away when Kang Chil was hit by the car about four times and he kept seeing the pink shoes, and he cried when he realized some of the truths from when he was younger.

I recommend everyone who loves K-dramas as much as I do to watch this one. You will not regret it. Ever.

I went out with my dad today. I made lunch for him and later we went out to the library. He read something by William Delafield Arnold, and I told him about my dream house.

He had a hard time deciphering my story. In the end he said, I have a very disorganized thought. Zura and her nonsensical thoughts cannot be separated.

We had our share of strong, black coffee.

I ended up in bed, with throbbing head. There goes my weekend.

In 1954, U.S. Marshal Edward "Teddy" Daniels (Leonardo DiCaprio) and his new partner, Chuck Aule (Mark Ruffalo), go to the Ashecliffe Hospital for the criminally insane on Shutter Island located in Boston Harbor. They are investigating the disappearance of Rachel Solando, a patient who apparently vanished from a locked room. Dr. John Cawley (Ben Kingsley), the head psychiatrist, explains that Rachel was institutionalized after drowning her three children. (Wikipedia)

If you are not familiar with noir genre of film, then you might find the ambiance of the storyline is somewhat that of cheesy . For those who are used to it; then you will get it is as essential to let the noir ambiance floating around. Not much but the subtle fragrance is still in the air.

Another great movie from what has become my favourite actor - I guessed what the ending would be within a few minutes of the start of the movie (it's based on a a mental health person's belief system and delusions - without going into any detail, if you firmly believe that you are whatever you BELIEVE you are, absolutely nothing can shift that belief system). DiCaprio's is up on one level. His best since 'Blood Diamonds'.

If you are into Twilight or prefer to watch Transformers; then you my brother, will never get this movie. I, myself love to watch those two; but you really have to keep your eyes, mind, senses open to this one. Let yourself feel vulnerable. #ifYouGetWhatIMean

I'm taking a 5-days break. Just to ease my mind a bit. It got a bit topsy turvy these days. I assure you, it is really a bit.

I forgot the joy of lazing around the house, doing absolutely nothing. I really took my mind off of my work. Do some reading, watching movies, sleep & eat...and just take a walk around the block.

I watched about 11 movies in 4 days. I feel great. Hehe.

I have always loved period genre of movies. Those movie set in the Victorian period, the Regency period or 18th, 19th centuries.

Loving watching how different their ways of life were back then.

So simple-minded and roomy.

I wish these could go on forever. But I know it is impossible.

Sighs. Work is indeed an ibadah. Work is worship.

I shall get back to work the day after tomorrow. Hope all will be well. Loving what I've been doing so far!

Mine is pretty good, annoying at times and remarkable. Pretty much the same (to tell you the truth).

But yeah, life is good, and I am looovingggg every minute of it.

I am with fever, actually. Went to the clinic yesterday, with exactly RM 47.00 in my purse. I dislike having cash in my purse,hence the amount.

It cost me RM 48.00 for the meds.

And the meds lady discounted the precious RM 1.00, now how sweet that lady.

She said with a sad frown, "Tak apalah kalau adik x ada duit, x payah bayar seringgit ni."

Now, how are those people who do not have any money pay for their meds? I'm having sore throat, a bit of flu, warm tingling fever...and it bloody cost me RM 48!

What a sad world we live in.

Profiling criminals. Never fails to fascinate me. Have always been curious about the way the dots of webs of the cunning minds connected to each other.

I have read dozens of books pertaining to this topic, and some were hard to be understood. Perhaps, in the light of being empathetic towards what is going on inside their mind...I find it a little bit dreadful and prenominal.

Was reading when I came across of Snowtown.

The town of Snowtown is located in the Mid North of South Australia 145 km north of Adelaide and lies on the main route between Adelaide and Perth.

In 1999, Snowtown became notorious as the location where the remains of eight bodies were found in barrels of acid stored in a disused bank vault. The Snowtown murders or Bodies in Barrels murders, as they came to be known, occurred in several locations in South Australia between August 1992 and May 1999. The bodies were held at a series of locations around Adelaide for some time, and were moved to Snowtown in early 1999, a few months before their discovery. Only one victim was killed in Snowtown and none of the victims or the perpetrators were local to the town. Four people led by John Justin Bunting were convicted of murder or assisting the murders. 'Snowtown', a film about the murders and the life of Bunting, was released in 2011.

Perpetrators

John Justin Bunting (b. 1966 in Inala, Queensland) was convicted of murdering all listed victims except Suzanne Allen. He was found to have been the leader of the perpetrators. Forensic psychiatrist Professor Kevin Howells, who has worked at Broadmoor Hospital in the United Kingdom suggested [1] that Bunting's behaviour lacks emotion and the capacity to empathise with his victims. Howells observed that Bunting fits the profile of a psychopathic killer who derives satisfaction from controlling his victims. When he was young, his favourite pastime was burning insects in acid. During his teenage years he was a neo-Nazi. During adulthood Bunting developed a deep hatred of paedophiles and homosexuals.
Robert Joe Wagner was befriended by Bunting in 1991. He was encouraged by Bunting to assist him in the various murders, and complied.^[2]
Mark Ray Haydon was not convicted of any of the murders, but pleaded guilty to helping the serial killers dispose of the bodies.
James Spyridon Vlassakis, along with his mother and half-brother, lived with Bunting, and was gradually drawn into helping with the murders and torture. Later became the Crown's star witness.
Elizabeth Harvey, Vlassakis' mother, who knew about the murders, and with Bunting's encouragement, assisted in one of them, died of cancer after the arrests of Bunting, Wagner, Vlassakis, and Haydon.
Thomas Trevilyan assisted in the murder of Barry Lane in 1997, murdered by the other gang members prior to police involvement.
Jodie Elliott, sister of Mark Ray Haydon's wife Elizabeth Haydon, was a woman with below-average intelligence who had become besotted with Bunting. She impersonated a deceased former acquaintance of Bunting's, Suzanne Allen, to collect her social security payments. Elliott's son Frederick Brooks was later murdered by the gang.

And then there's the movie.

The story line focuses on Jamie (the portrayal of James Vlassakis ---the co-criminal in Snowtown murder), who's sixteen and drifting through life in Adelaide's bleak northern suburbs: hanging out at the shops, playing Sega Master System, spending time with his younger brothers, moving through the bleak landscape of the housing trust homes like a ghost. Just as the boys' mother Elizabeth (Louise Harris) feels her ability to protect her sons slipping away, a charismatic drifter appears on a motorcycle to help sort out their problems.

It would seem romantic if we didn't already know that this cheerful bloke is, in fact, John Bunting (Daniel Henshall).

Soon enough John becomes a self-styled surrogate dad to Jamie and his brothers: where once they sat through congealed eggs and stiff spaghetti with no sauce, he cooks exciting food; he makes them feel safe and puts a smile on their mum's face for the first time in ages.

To say that Snowtown is wonderful, or beautiful (which are the two words that keep springing to mind when I think about the film) feels somehow wrong, as though praising it in that manner somehow implies a sort of acceptance or endorsement of the real life events. Nothing could be further from the truth: the real "Snowtown" was about as unfathomable as crime gets, and the movie version contains murder, rape, animal cruelty and an abiding sense of hopelessness that affects you on a deep level.

But Snowtown, in spite of that, is a wonderful film. An incredible piece of cinema and a devastating, poetic work of storytelling, Snowtown is unmissable.

The documentary. Serial Killers - The Bodies in the Barrels

I rarely watched Australian movies (nine in total to be precised); somehow the choices were a bit unsettling as I found it dreading, statically boring and I keep comparing it with other Western movies...so this one is definitely a wake-up call.

Snowtown is a movie that audiences will either love or hate. In its screening in the Canne film festival some walked out due the films violently realistic take on the murders, while the rest who stayed gave it a standing applause at its chilling end. Told through the eyes of James Vlassakis, 16 when the film begins, it tells the story of how serial killer John Bunting became a father figure to him, and tells of his transformation from an abused teenager into an assistant of the bodies of the barrels murders.

It is very true that Snowtown is not a film for those who cannot stomach violence. The brutality of John Bunting could not have shown without it however, and voyeurs who watch the film to be entertained will be very shocked by gritty and real scenes of rape, murder and torture.

audiences shouldnt be scared of seeing this movie, it is not a horror movie even though the themes are horrific. Only a few scenes really cause discomfort, but apart from these scenes most of the murders happen off screen. There are many moments of tension though and the movie holds great suspense throughout many scenes.

This is mainly due to a great soundtrack and fantastic cinematography from first time director Justin Kurzel, who has created a bleak environment for the events to take place. The gritty realism of the film is one of its main strengths, and is perfect to depict the derrilict northern suburbs of Adelaide.

Snowtown is superbly acted, showcasing a naturalism that is rarely seen in mainstream and alternative films. Lucas Pittaway playing Vlassakis is amazing in his first acting role, and conveys Vlassakis' vulnerability very well. You cant take your eyes off Daniel Henshalls Bunting though, a character whos pure evil is shown brilliantly through a particularly confronting scene. Bunting's inner workings are shown by Henshall very well, his own views of what he's doing shown.

All in all, Snowtown is a fantastic film, although its not for all viewers there is no other way this story could have been told. There is no doubt that Snowtown will make you think, it will make you think about how men can be capable of such crimes, how evil can be born, and it will make you think; what would you have done if you were Vlassakis?

Kadang-kadang aku tertanya2, apa lagi yang aku mahu dalam hidup aku ni. Aku dah 27, time sure flies.

Untuk seorang wanita, single, berkerjaya macam aku ni, aku rasa apa yang dah tercapai selama ni, alhamdulillah..adalah satu kejayaan peribadi buat aku. Untuk orang yang introvert macam aku, benda ini adalah satu kepuasan.

Aku bekerja, buat benda yang aku suka, live my life the way I have always imagined it. Emak ayah masih ada, aku boleh berbakti untuk depa, so kadang2 aku tertanya2 apa lagi yang aku nak?

The only thing that is missing is life with my own family. Bercakap pasal jodoh, aku berserah...sekuat mana pun aku berusaha (aku pun tak tahu--kat mana yang tak kena), DIA yang lebih mengetahui. Bab ini, aku redha & pasrah.

Aku ni bukanlah seorang shopper. Benda yang paling aku jarang buat, adalah shop for myself---be it new clothes, shoes...barang2 yang menjadi essential items for women..I have no desire to actually own them. Benda2 yang aku selalu beli adalah tonssssss of books & gifts for my parents. Puas sangat2 bila dapat spend your own money on your parents.

A few weeks back, I have made a major decision in my life. I decided to give more than half of what I have earned towards those who need it the most, to the unfortunates.

The two orphaned sisters that I used to sponsor died in an accident about a month ago. I was crushed. Sedih yang teramat mengenangkan of the could have been[s]. Orang kata, tak baik menangis depan kubur, tapi aku menangis, semahu-mahunya. Tiada siapa yang ziarah kubur mereka, kecuali aku dan 3 orang masjid....subhanallah. Hancur hati aku, berkeping2 jadinya...tetapi aku redha..ajal itu kan rahsia Allah..DIA lebih mengetahui.

Anyway.

Aku jalani hidup macam biasa. Kita ni menumpang sahaja di bumi ini, diberi nyawa...dipinjamkan jasad....jiwa kita hidup...tetapi tujuan kita tetap satu...menuju ke penghujung yang pasti tanpa mengabaikan hidup di dunia. Ignorance is a bliss, orang kata. Tetapi jangan lah terlampau ignorant...sampai kita lupa orang2 yang memerlukan.

Aku ni jauh dari sempurna. Only Allah is perfect, as we know it. Semalam, seharian aku berada di rumah anak2 yatim di sekitar Selangor...Aku amik 1 bulan off dari kerja sebenarnya..ini minggu ke dua aku merantau. Tak banyak yang aku bawak, just kereta untuk bergerak....and a few essential items. Kalau nak makan, aku berhenti di warung2....kalau nak mandi & sembahyang....aku singgah di masjid. Aku benar2 mencari apa yang hilang dalam hidup aku. Alhamdulillah, aku sedar...tiada apa yang hilang...semua cukup lengkap...cuma nak menambah apa yang patut. Kita ini kan jauh dari sempurna, tetapi kalau kita mampu jadi yang lebih baik---usahalah menjadi yang lebih baik.

The visits were very humbling. Anak2 yatim ni...kalau mereka nampak orang luar datang melawat...mereka akan sangat berterima kasih and look up to us. Sangat banyak soalan2 yang ditanya....termasuk soalan2 yang aku sendiri tidak boleh jawab.

"Kakak, kalau orang perempuan berpuasa, tetapi auratnya tidak ditutup dengan sempurna..bagaimana dikira dosa pahalanya? Kalau lelaki berpuasa...tetapi sembahyang...walhal rambutnya diwarna...bagaimana?"

"Kakak, kalau lelaki itu seorang yang baik..tetapi isterinya memakai tudung yang singkat menampakkan dada...dosa nya jatuh kepada si suami?"

Their thirst for knowledge...unquenchable. Berjam2 aku duduk bersama mereka....sekadar berborak...menjawab soalan, setakat yang termampu.

Thanks to them...Aku sudah jumpa apa yang aku cari2 selama ini.

1. A full-time volunteer for the third world countries.

This has been my dream for a long, long time. If I was a millionaire, I'd drop everything here, travel around and be a part of a community in which I could give back instead of keep receiving. Build new schools, teach at children's home/orphanage, nursing...child care...whatever it is that will give the underprivileged the hopes and dreams. Preferably in Africa. I can only give money for now, but I hope will be able to realize this dream one day. Sob Sobss.

When the Princess' Man production team held their first press conference, I knew right off that this saeguk drama is going to be a hit.

I held back from watching it up until it 18th episode (the drama has a total of 24 episodes altogether, which 19th episode yet to be aired) because I do not want to wait. Impatient much?

Anyway, what's the story, fish?

The storyline : It is about a tragic love story of two lovers. A Joseon's (old Korea) own Romeo & Juliette.

Kim Seung-yoo (Park Shi Hoo) The youngest son of Chosun's authoritive figure Kim Jong-seo. Kim Seung-yoo posesses handsome looks and strong physique, carries the noble quality and excellence wisdom of a noted family in his time.

Princess Se-ryeong (Moon Chae-won)The dignified and elegant eldest daughter of General Sooyan. Having a strong curious and bold personality, what she wants to do she must do. She is also very lively and cheerful.

Princess Kyung Hye (Hong Soo Hyun) The daughter of Munjong of Joseon and elder sister of emperor Danjong is a woman of charm and dignity. In troubled time have experienced a fall from the status and withstand the hardships and obsticales that came with it. She is in love with Kim Jong-seo's son Kim Seung-yoo, but eventually had chosen Jungjong to be her husband.

Shin Myun (Song Jong Ho) The second son of Shin Sook Joo is the childhood friend of Kim Seung-yoo, growing up whether in academic, martial arts, and other healthy competitions has always come out to be #2. After meeting Se-ryeong, his love and ambition has brought him to betrayed Kim Seung Yoo, and gruatually becoming a cold-blooded dark figure.

Jungjong (Lee Min-woo) He is Kim Seung-yoo and Shin Myun's friend, gentle and peace-loving. Known to be Chosun's #1 handsome man. Minho just won a car yesterday following his winning on the final challenge during Dream Team recording.

That was sick!

He said, he had been wanting to get a car for a while now, but his dad said not to buy one just yet, since he's young and all, but the frog prince managed himself to get a brand new one. For free on top of that. A KIA Cadenza.

Here's the video of him when he found out he had just won a car. Sugar rush much, Mr.Minho? It is so rare to see him acting a bit out of his head. But I'd do pretty much the same if I were him!

How was your weekend?

Mine was ok. Pretty lame to tell you the truth.

The whole clan went to Kelantan. I decided not to go, works are piling up, so emak told me it'd best if I didn't come along.

Yah I was supppoooooseed to do my work, tetapi disebabkan hujaannnnn, I'd be damHHIUHOIUHO if I just let the day slide without. Sleeping. Hibernating? Anyway, my ever beautiful mind had deceived me for an umpteenth times. 'Grats Baizura.

Was driving to work this morning, when emak called, "Sarah masuk hospital, food poisoning!"

That was not a good move,emak. Telling me a bad news while I was driving, on the slippery highway road, not to mention, it was 7 a.m. It was dark and I was on the state of panicking!

Anyway, Sarah had been admitted to the hospital, at Kelantan, mind you---it was far from home, and everything was pretty much. A mess.

Luckily, she's OK now. Lega. She was in a bad condition before they took off, she got high fever, but because that buddy has never ever been to Kelantan, she was pretty excited.

Aku dah cakap jangan pi. But telling one-- "I told you so"...when one has already learn one's lesson, is not a good idea.

When one is sick, Baizura would pamper her/him with TLC (tender love care). Baizura loves caring for sick people until they recuperate because Baizura hates being sick herself; thus the TLC.

Anyway. Yes, aside from that, I had spent my weekend splendidly. Procrastinating.

Last weekend, kakak datang bukak puasa sama2. Raya tahun ni kakak balik Perak, jadi dia datang kerap la,kononnya nanti x beraya kat sini. Anyway, bila datang bulan puasa,selera ayah aku jadi lain macam sikit. Suka makan daging, perut dan yg sewaktu yang berkaitan dengan lembu.

Waktu tengah berbuka tu, emak hidang kerabu perut. Pastu, lebihan perut rebus yang xdigaul dengan bahan2 kerabu, emak letak kat tepi.

Pastu si Iffah ni (anak kakak yg bongsu), menangis2 la nak makan perut.

Aku dah ckp xpayah makan perut tu, alangkan aku pun x makan, apatah lagi nak bagi budak2 makan. Tapi dia ni degil, bila dia mintak jugak..kakak pun bagi.

Deemed as Korea's Eminem, Bang Yong Guk is yet to have his official debut, but is rapidly making a strong mark in Korea's music industry which to me is over-flooded with too much idol groups. He released his first single yesterday; I Remember; and easily making a spot in top 10's various music charts.

This is the second time he is promoting his single, as the 1st one was when he guested as the rapper in Song Ji Eun's 1st single; Going Crazy.

Hai.

Masih sibuk seperti biasa.

Rutin hidup pun seperti biasa. Semuanya membosankan.

Aku adalah seorang yang membosankan kerana disebabkan kerja, aku tiada life. Sungguh menyedihkan.

Bulan Julai dah nak sampai ke hujung. Lepas ni Ramadhan n Syawal. Year-end is approaching.

Cepat gila rasanya. Slalu preparation raya mcm biasa buat kuih raya 7 jenis..ketupat palas...rendang daging + ayam, serunding ikan...laksa etc etc. Xtaula sempat ke tak nak buat semua. Masa x cukup, Baizura please manage your time well.

Anak-anak sedara aku dua2 manage to acquire an ability to speak very fast-articulate-all sweet talk "Makngah please, beli mainan untuk kakak, Makngah kan banyak duit," Waghhh, the scariest part is I cannot say no to them. Menakutkan.

Ayah has turned into quite a chatterbox these days. Ayah used to be a man with a few words. Tapi tidak lagi. Mungkin kerana cucu2 nya memang super chatterboxes. Sumpah x larat aku nak layan sebab dua2 akan berhenti bercakap bila tidur sahaja. Macam mana la Izzah kat sekolah nanti.

Ok something happened. Aku xtau nak categorizekan benda ini sebagai apa. Mungkin cheesy adalah perkataan yang sesuai? Anyway, here goes. I decided to take a day off 2 weeks back. Balik umah mak ayah. Penat gila, sampai tido pun nk dekat tengahari. Plus haritu demam panas. Bila bangun, baru aku sedar, ada missed-calls dari org yang sepatutnya deliver barang to my place tapi x jumpa. Haish. Aku pulak kena pi amik benda tu.

Malas nak naik kereta, sebab trafik tengahari boleh membangkitkan panas dalam badan, jadi aku bawakla motor. Moto tu memang dah lama, buruk gilaaa hahahaha...helmet pun xda rupa helmet dah...plus aku memang selekeh pakai selipar, track suit, tshirt malas nk besiap sebab demam. Can u just imagine how buruk a Baizura could be?

Bising gila moto tu sampai aku naik rimas orang asyik memberi pandangan "Kasihan dia ni, muka selebet, xda duit nak beli kereta,kasihan2...,"

Bila sampai kat traffic light, I stopped at the front, while on my right side ada kereta Subaru bright red. Sakit mata tengok kaler kereta tu, sampai berair mata plus selsema memang haru betul. Suddenly, a guy came out of that car and approached me, hoihh apa ni--trafik dah nak hijau tu, pastu letak handset dia dalam raga motor then he drove off. Ah sudah, kerja gila apakah ini?

Got my package, went home. And he called his own handphone which was in my care [??]. Dia introduce himself elok2, dia cakap dia ikut aku 3 trafik light. Wohh menakutkan. Dia cakap memang xdak any other way dia bole kontek aku kecuali melemparkan his iPhone ke dalam bakul my bike. Dia cakap nak jumpa, tapi aku tanak amik risk tu, so aku cakap elok2 aku xtau nak respon mcm mana jadi bak mai address aku nak mail dia punya fon tu balik. Pastu org tu kata, can I have your phone number,please...reluctantly aku pun bagi. Hmm.

Nothing much except that I wanna share this great song by Song Ji Eun titled Going Crazy. Ji Eun is a part of an idol - girl group; SECRET. The group usually portrays a very feminine soft looks and Ji Eun underwent this transformation only a week after she and her groupmates completed their promotion of their latest hit song called "SHY BOY"

I love this part of her where she gets to showcase her real talent and ability as a singer. Her voice stands out; sounds very clear and this song is about an obsession towards a lover.

+++The rapper featured in this song is Bang Yong Guk. His style of rapping really reminds me that of Eminem. The gestures, the angst and darkness of it.

Salam and hello guys.

I am sorry for not updating as much as I used to. Things have been very busy and confusing for me because of my work. And I got some personal problems that have been haunting the back of my mind for a past couple of months, but all of that were finally resolved; and I assure you, I am now happier and back to my cheerful-self once again.

My needs for establishing what I have been doing for some years has finally been gaining some attention and recognized. I am proud of the outcomes and I hope these will continue for many years to come.

Alas dear readers,

There's a price to pay for that. I have been diagnosed with a MUSCUSKELETAL disorder about 1 month ago. This stemmed from the result that I have been working TOO hard; overused my fingers' muscles, excessive bending of my wrists---etc etc. The doctors did some tests on me, and they found out that my body has varieties of soft-tissues ailments :( .......they said if I keep doing this extensively for the next 13-14 months; it will lead to some not-a-good results.

I am not stressed with my work..rather, I enjoy it very much; this is something I would love to do for my whole life. But you know what they say; too much of something is indeed, very bad.

I will be taking my time off my work as soon I finish my final miscellany issues of 80:20 rules that I have been writing for the past 6 months. I will take my 2 months holiday; probably going for my delayed vacation. We'll see.

This is absolutely something that I need to do. Emak & ayah have been urging me to take a step back and just rest. And I will do exactly that.

And who knows; I might come here and write everyday.

Minho won 3 golds in the Idol Olympics [Swimming & Tracks]. The golds were derived from his winning in the high jump, the hurdle race and swimming.

Minho competed with Infinite’s L, 2AM’s Jinwoon, and 2PM’s Nichkhun for the gold in high jump. However, he was the sole athlete to jump over 170cm, winning him the gold. Minho had previously won the gold for the 100m hurdle race last year.

There's nothing this person cannot do. He sings, dances, raps, co-writes songs and very good at sports.

What a long and tiring day. Went to UUM to settle up some things...went to kakak's house...did some shopping. My best friend came home...but didn't manage to see her. I was busy...on the road all day. Instead she went to see emak at her office and had lunch with her. Miss her a lot. I did give her a call later on, unfortunately she was on her way back to catch up her flight. :(

Huuurrrrr. Feel so bad cus I haven't seen her in a while, just occasionally went to her sis to catch up on things.

This is a must-watch. A current rage in Korea. A new drama titled "Secret Garden" has swept the entire Korean nation. I admit that I was very, very skeptical about this drama after reading the synopsis.

Synopsis:
The drama tells the story of Kim Joo Won, a seemingly perfect man yet with certain arrogance and childishness in him, and Gil Ra Im, a stuntwoman whose beauty and body are the object of envy of top actresses. One day they went deep into the mountains and entered a strange house. A strange grandmother offered them home-made flower liquor to drink. The next day they found themselves changing bodies.

Why wouldn't I be skeptical? The story sounds completely childish, not to mention unrealistic and I've seen many movies made out of the similar story lines. I enjoyed watching most of the movies, but never call them my favorites let alone to dub them as the best.

Boy was I wrong. I decided to give it a go and I admitted to grit on my teeth when I was watching it for the 1st 10 minutes, waiting for "that" something to happen, you know...those moments when you completely guffawed upon watching dramas. And then it came. Amazing I must say, witty dialog; I applauded the writers. And now I am a huge fan of Secret Garden. Too bad it airs on SBS, not KBS :(

Beyond idol. That is all I can say about TVXQ's new MV; WHY [Keep Your Head Down]. If you do not know, TVXQ is an indol group from South Korea with the biggest fanbase all over the world. They are considered as the senior of the idol groups, having debuted in 2003.

Instead of became less popular just like some artists as the years passed by, TVXQ on the other hand, is stronger than ever. TVXQ (often stylized TVXQ! or TVfXQ), an acronym for Tong Vfang Xien Qi (東方神起), is a an Acapella quintet (by now continuing as a duo as of December 2010, due to three of the members filing lawsuit against SME).

So, here's the new MV of TVXQ. Loving it. TVXQ will have their comeback stage tomorrow at Music Bank [KBS2 & KBS World]--Astro Channel 391 at 4.50 p.m.

My working schedule:

9 a.m - 1 p.m : Work. Work. Work. Work.

If there's anything at all that needs to be settled outside [job-related tasks]...I would go out at 10 a.m and make sure that I get back before 12 p.m.

2 p.m - 6 p.m : Work. Work. Work. Work.

Because my work hugely involving planning; dozens of ideas and thoughts are carefully laid out and written down. Which means; brainstorming ---quenching your brain to write at least 150 of pages per day. By the end of the day, my mind would become very, very exhausted. When I work, I work the hardest.

That is why sleep is very essential to me. I need to at least have my sleep 7-8 hours prior to start my daily routine of working. If I happen to have my slumber less than that...my mind will become groggy...tired...unable to function well...stuporous...my brain becomes less productive and purblindly deadening and I won't be able to do my work at all even though my body feels completely fine and healthy.

Complicated, is it not? And no, I don't sleep like a baby. I sleep like a log.

SHINee has shown their explosive popularity in Japan once more through the opening of their official Japanese website. The group members; Onew, Jonghyun, Key, Minho & Taemin gain unusual tremendous of popularity even though they're not officially debuted in Japan.

On January 4th, Sanspo reported, “Moments after the opening of SHINee’s official site, the site crashed due to the mass influx of traffic.”

SHINee previously performed for a 24,000 member audience during their first Japanese concert last month, and had announced that they’d be opening their official website.

The site had opened at 8PM, and within the hour, over 20,000 fans rushed to take a look, crashing the server and member registration system for two days.

Sanspo continued, “There wasn’t any other notification regarding the site’s official opening, so this is quite the exceptional feat for the group. After the server was recovered and an official announcement was made, over 100,000 page views have been recorded within a week. SHINee has been earning much popularity lately, as exemplified by the 100,000 members that joined the month-long ticket event for their Yoyogi Live concert.”

SHINee will be making their official Japanese debut this March.

Dear blog,

Today is the second day of 2011. How's your day so far? I am doing really good, and I have been a really good daughter, this much I can assure you.

Anyway. I took Sarah to her school, she registered today and went home by 11 am. Then we went out to do some shopping and later in the evening we went out to join our cousins---fishing. Tapi sekoq ikan apa pun x dapat tangkap.

And now I am at my granpa's house..chilling. When granma asked what I was doing just now, I said as much "Chilling, tok."....to which she replied, "Cili apa?". Haha. Ok I know I know, lame joke.

Aih, mengantuk.

Move on. Where was I? Oh yes, chilling. Anyway, they're playing the Monopoly again. These bunch of people are on their mission to slowly drive me insane. I probably end up...succumbing to their taunts. You see, I am not much of a boards' gamer. Although I am good at planning, but I have never once been able to monopolize the Monopoly, becus I do not really know how to strategize. I ended up having deficits...asyik kalah, rugi. Baik aku jadi Bank je. Bahaha.

I bought this new...ever up-to-date version of Monopoly. Besar, elaborate....the one yg boleh build skycrapers...siap ada wheel of fortune and all. "Monopoly Family Game Night: The Championship Edition"

What a journey!

2010 has treated me rather fondly. Well,it has been a bit harsh sometimes, but people trip and get back up...don't they?

What I have aimed to achieve...I've achieved it within this year. And I must say how very please I am with the results.

Also, there were some backlashes and painful memories...but if it weren't for those things, I wouldn't be where I am right now.

And so yes, 2010 has been a great year to me! I will never forget you,2010.

Minho and his boys will have their first ever concert not in Korea, but in Japan. 24,000 seats have been pre-ordered and this is surprising considering the fact that SHINee is not even officially debut in Japan.

SM Entertainment announced that there will be a second show on the same day of the original concert, which is to be held at the Yoyogi National Stadium in Tokyo on December 26. The first concert will be at 1 PM; the second at 6 PM.

Tickets for the first concert sold out soon after they went on sale. After numerous fans inquired about a possible second concert, SHINee agreed to repeat their performance.

The boys already headed out to Japan for preparation.

Hi Peach. Thanks for your question.

Here's the answer: Growing up, I depended a lot on my parents..on my family. I wasn't able to make any decision without referring to them first. You know what they say..too much of something is not always a good thing. I became one pampered person, so confused and my entire being soon turned out to be jaded..I hardly knew who I really was.

When I got sick a few years ago..I started to reflect on my real potentials...my ailment helped me to recover the person in me that I have lost a long time ago. By the time I recovered, I decided to start something that I myself could never imagined capable of doing. I began to take risks...huge and bone-jarring series of unthinkable risks in my work. Boy was I surprised with myself.

The house that I bought is actually a memento of my hard work. A token of reminder that if I put my mind to do something, I should do it well. I stayed at this house 5 days a week. The other remaining two [during the weekends], I spend it with my emak & ayah. There were even days that I went to my parent's home in the morning and cooked surprised lunch or prepared their dinner meals and went back home. And there were even days that I left the house and took them for some prompting vacations...so you see, I am not entirely lost to them..I still bug them...and stick to them like super-glue that I sometimes become a cute annoyance. Hehe.

Emak opposed of the idea of me living on my own, but I cannot depend on them forever..... Don't I love staying with them? I would love to be with them until the day I die.

When I was little I had this idea that life could be perfect. That if you were careful enough, you'd never make a mistake, never be lonely, never be misunderstood, never be frightened, but it doesn't work that way. Life is big and messy, and you just have to climb in it with your boots on and hope for the best.

But I am still a little girl at heart; I still sing when I walk down a street.

I have to clear my schedule after 4 p.m because I am currently tutoring my cousin, Natassha. She will be going to a prep-school next year.

Now what happens when you put Sarah & Natassha together everyday for more than 5 hours? The answer : a bad combo. A catastrophe.

I am losing my voice and I keep yelling at them no to do outrageous things, despite having them in front of my eyes. I am secretly convinced that it is their life mission to slowly drive me insane.
